Photo Tips...Most photos we receive are fine, but if there is an issue with the photo you upload, we will let you know. Below are some tips that help: • It is best when the pet is looking into the camera to capture its expression • Take a photo or use an existing photo taken in either daylight or a well-lit room • Smartphone photos are perfectly acceptable • Avoid photos in which the face and/or body blend in excessively with the shadows so as not to be able to distinguish the two

Do you accept returns? If the artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please follow the instructions as listed under our damage policy. If you are unhappy with the artwork you receive, notify us by email within three days of receipt to let us know the issue. Samples of the various styles and finished work are shown on each product page. In addition, as mentioned in the descriptions of each artwork, pets are recreated artistically and integrated into the art. If it is something that is truly unacceptable, it will either be adjusted or redone, one time only. We do not give refunds because it is a personal piece made specifically for you. If a return is involved, we do not pay for the shipping on the return. We do want our customers to be happy, but please understand these are works of art with your pet(s) artistically recreated and placed where it is best suited with the content of the artwork.
