• Capturing Expression: For the most soulful results, provide a photo where your pet is looking directly into the camera.
• Optimal Lighting: It is recommended to use existing photos or take new ones in natural daylight or a well-lit interior.
• Clarity and Contrast: Avoid images where the pet’s features blend excessively into deep shadows, as clear definition is vital for a high-quality portrait.
• Artist Review: Most photos are suitable; however, if there is a quality concern, I will contact you personally. Please note that I work directly from the pet's position as shown in your uploaded photo.
● Bespoke Nature: As each piece is a personalized work of art created specifically for you, returns are not accepted.
● Assurance of Quality: To ensure confidence in your commission, please view my portfolio on the Home page and visit the About page to learn about my creative integrity and professional standards.
● Damage Policy: If your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, please follow our specific damage reporting instructions below
● Reporting Requirements: In the rare event of transit damage, please immediately take clear photographs of both the damaged box and the artwork itself.
● Timeframe: You must notify us and provide these images within three days of receipt.
● Resolution: Once your photos are received, your artwork will be recreated and prioritized. These images are required for us to submit a claim to the shipping carrier.
